In order to plan your sessions, you will receive an e-mail with a link to the online session planner and your access data. After you have logged in, the menu item "Program planning" will open directly. There you will find an overview of the sessions you are tasked with planning.
List of sessions allocated to you
1. Category: As a rule, you will find the information here whether it is an oral session or a poster session.
2. Contributors: You can use the cross to directly indicate the moderator or the session chair.
3. Schedule presentations: Click on the button Schedule presentations
to open the planning view.
